Client Expectations

At Resonance Wealth Management, clients experience, first-hand, the value of working with a team that strives for strong and honest relationships. Because our plans are highly individualized and designed to grow and change right along with you, we expect that our clients will:

  • Let us know about any changes in their situation: promotion, job change, marriage, etc. 
  • Be candid and honest: A sound financial plan factors in and responds to the good and the bad. We need to know about the not-so-good milestones (job loss, divorce, etc.), too.
  • Tell us if they are unhappy: We work hard to educate our clients to make them comfortable with their financial decisions. If our customers don’t feel like they are being taken care of, we need to know.
  • Do their best to promptly respond to inquiries or requests: Delays in paperwork or decisions can sometimes work against a client
